Cancellation Policy
For Therapy and Counseling Appointments:
  • Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours in advance without any charge
  • Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee, which may vary from one therapist to another
  • No-shows will be charged the full session fee
  • In case of emergencies, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis
  • For Online Courses, Workshops, and Webinars:
  • Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the scheduled event are eligible for a full refund
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may receive a partial refund of 50% or a credit towards future events
  • No refunds will be issued for missed sessions or no-shows
  • Refund Policy
    For Digital Products (e-books, guides, and recorded sessions):
  • Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available once the product has been accessed or downloaded
  • If a digital product is defective or inaccessible, customers may request a replacement or support to resolve the issue
  • Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase
  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider
