    Responsibilities
    Practitioners using the MindZen platform agree to maintain the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and client care while providing services through the platform. Practitioners are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout their use of the platform is accurate, complete, and up to date.
    Practitioners shall:
  • Maintain all licenses, certifications, registrations, qualifications, and professional credentials required under applicable laws and regulations to provide their services
  • Provide services in a professional, ethical, respectful, and non-discriminatory manner and comply with all applicable professional codes of conduct
  • Maintain accurate availability schedules and promptly update their availability to prevent booking conflicts or missed appointments
  • Attend all scheduled appointments on time and make reasonable efforts to provide uninterrupted services to users
  • Maintain the confidentiality and privacy of user information in accordance with applicable laws, professional obligations, and the platform's Privacy Policy
  • Refrain from engaging in any conduct that may harm, exploit, harass, mislead, or otherwise adversely affect users or the reputation of MindZen

  • Immediately notify MindZen of any circumstances that may affect their ability to provide services, including suspension, revocation, or expiration of any professional license, certification, or credential
    • MindZen reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate a practitioner's access to the platform if the practitioner violates these Terms, applicable laws, professional standards, or any platform policies.
    Payments and Commissions
    All payments for appointments, consultations, programs, workshops, or other services booked through the MindZen platform shall be processed through payment methods approved by MindZen.
    Practitioners acknowledge and agree that:
  • MindZen may charge platform commissions for services offered through the platform.
  • The applicable commission rates, fees, payout schedules, and related payment terms may be communicated separately through the practitioner dashboard, onboarding documentation, practitioner policies, subscription plans, or other official communications
  • MindZen reserves the right to modify its commission structure, fees, payout schedules, or payment policies at any time upon providing reasonable notice to practitioners
  • MindZen may withhold, delay, adjust, or offset payouts where necessary to investigate suspected fraud, user complaints, policy violations, payment disputes, chargebacks, or other circumstances that may expose MindZen to financial or legal risk
  • Practitioners are solely responsible for the payment, reporting, and compliance of all applicable taxes, duties, levies, or statutory obligations arising from payments received through the platform
  • MindZen does not guarantee any minimum number of bookings, consultations, clients, earnings, or revenue for practitioners using the platform
  • All payouts shall be made to the bank account or payout account designated by the practitioner, and practitioners are responsible for ensuring that their payout information remains accurate and current
    • MindZen's records regarding transactions, commissions, deductions, refunds, and payouts shall be deemed final and binding unless demonstrated to be incorrect through verifiable evidence.
    Disclaimer
    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:
  • limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury
  • limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
